I wanted to understand how to manage the process myself—safely and effectively—so I could stay closer to my competition weight without needing an aggressive cut. The more I learned, the more I became passionate about fueling for performance, not just weight management.
With a background in soccer and CrossFit, I have a solid understanding of the physical demands across different sports, which helps me tailor nutritional strategies to fit individual needs. My studies deepened my knowledge of performance nutrition, behavior change, and habit building—skills I now use to support others on their journey.
I’m a nationally recognised nutritionist, registered with the Nutrition Council of Australia, and I’m here to empower you with the tools, knowledge, and support to build long-term healthy habits—whatever your goals may be.
